Hi Matz, "long time no see...".
I rebuilt my Basic to the Kalahari edition, that can be seen by looking at the web-address attached by lupus'.
The Kalahari edition made for the South-African market, utilizes the old BMW P/D 32 ltr. tank.
(I got the Kalahari sticker sent from BMW in South-Africa, because it was not to get in Europe). Attached with the 32 ltr. tank, was two rubber-pieces to be posisioned between the frame and the tank. This to make a thighter mounting of the tank. Except from that, no modifications is necessary. PS. You need an extra "fuel-valve", and a cross-over fuel hose,because the 32 ltr. uses two "fuel-valves".
