HPN 43 litre tank for 1991R100GS/PD

I am writing from the US and would like to hear from someone who has put the HPN 43l fuel tank on the R100GS/PD to replace the standard 34 litre PD tank - I would like to keep the original cockpit/instruments/fairings etc.
What modifications did you need to make to get it all to fit.

Sorry this is in English, but I do not speak German.
