Floating cast steel brake disc 260mm for R 80 G/S

I am looking for somebody who put this brake disc from HPN (804.3)on his motorbike to know if it gives a better braking and if it is easy to instal this one on the original aluminium carrier of the R 80 G/S.If it is possible i would like to have a photo of this disc .
Answer me in english or french I do not speak german.
